It's officially summer here in Southern California so we are bringing you an awesome full body workout that you can do at home with little to no equipment. Customize it to your own fitness level and remember to warm up before and stretch after to best care for your body. Check out our YouTube channel for the full video. Jump rope: 2 minutes or 0.5 mile run
20 body-weight squats, 20 pulses
10 burpees with a push-up
20 body-weight sumo squats, 20 pulses
25 mountain climbers
15 tricep dips
10 knees to chest
20 Inchworms or straight leg bear crawls
20 cone touches each foot
Repeat each circuit 2-3 times
10 plank with shoulder touches (per shoulder)
10 leg lift to reverse press up
10 side plank hip dips (per side)
10 windshield wipers per side
Repeat 3 times
Remember to foam roll/tennis ball roll/stretch at the end!
